How much is the design fee for a custom invitation?

What is your design process? How will you be able to match my vision for the invitations?

After the initial design fee has been paid, I will send you a simple questionnaire about your theme and vision. Once you have emailed that back to me, I will go through it with you to make sure that we are on the same page. I will then start the design process, this usually takes about 7-9 days. Once I have a design, I will send you a .png file for your revision. At that time you can ask for changes in layout, color, and font choice if needed (if you have changed your mind about the theme and vision of your project and would like to take it in another direction you will incur additional fees). Once we have reached a design you are happy with, I will email you a final .png file for print approval.

When will I receive my order?

Production days at Studio Piluca are on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Orders ship Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays. Orders are shipped within 4-5 business days from your order date. All orders are shipped with delivery confirmation and the fee is included in the shipping price.

Shipping internationally may cause your parcel to attract duties and custom fees. They are the responsibility of the buyer. Please contact your local customs organization for more information.

Will I get to see a proof before you print and ship my order?

Yes. Please make sure to include pilu@studiopiluca.com in your email contacts or check your spam folder regularly if you are waiting for a proof. Proofs are emailed within 48 hours (except during the Christmas/New Year season, proofs are emailed withing 72 hours).

What are your shipping rates?

For invitations, party packs and custom notebook orders we offer FLAT RATE shipping, both Domestic and International. For single notebooks and calling cards shipping is $2.60 anywhere in the US and $8.00 International shipping.

In what currency are your prices listed?

US dollars.

Will I be charged sales tax?

Sales taxes are applied based on the location to which the order is being shipped. Massachusetts residents pay 6.25% sales tax.

Can you send my purchase directly to a gift recipient?

Yes, just enter the gift recipient’s address in the notes to seller section on Etsy along with a note to be included with your gift. Gift wrap is also available for $4.95 per item.

What is your return policy?

Non-personalized items can be refunded or exchanged within 2 weeks (14 days) of purchase. All open and/or used items cannot be returned. Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges. Please contact me before shipping, your return must be approved before shipping it back.

Colors may look different on your screen, so please note that I am not responsible for the colors on your computer monitor.

If you are unhappy with your order, please contact me and I will be happy to work with you to solve any problems that you may have.

Please note that colors vary a bit due to the monitor they are viewed on.
